 ▪ For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is:

 ▪ For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is:

 ▪ For all other papers the copyright notice is:

▪ Complete your IEEE copyright form via EDAS portal online before uploading the final paper. (Given on your paper page).

▪ Upload the camera ready paper to EDAS. Please follow the proper IEEE paper format (available below) in every point. Any paper written in any other format except this will need to be changed again.

▪ Details about using PDF Express can be obtained below. The code for conference id is 47144X.

▪ The final paper should be IEEE PDF eXpress certified written with the Copyright number. The last date for final paper submission is 15 November 2019. Kindly upload the paper by this date. Everyone is requested to check the final paper after uploading.
